This page explains how to request deletion of your ResIQ by Hostizzy account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@hostizzy.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account", or ask your organisation's ResIQ administrator to remove your account.
- We verify your identity (to protect your data) and confirm the request.
- Your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your profile and contact details (name, email address, phone number)
- Login credentials
- Profile photo (if any)
- Personal data linked to your user account
What may be retained
- Transaction and booking records that we are legally required to keep for tax, accounting and audit purposes — retained for up to 7 years, in limited or anonymised form where possible.
- Guest KYC documents are automatically deleted 60 days after checkout, independent of account deletion.
