You retain ownership of content you upload to ResIQ. However, you grant us a license to:

• Make backups for service continuity

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

Your use of ResIQ is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostizzy shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hostizzy in the past 12 months.

• Your infringement of third-party rights

11. Termination
