Yes. You can create and edit bookings, record payments and check guests in with no network connection at all. Each action queues locally and syncs automatically once signal returns — nothing is lost and nothing needs re-entering. This matters because most properties worth staying at are in hills, farmland or backwaters where coverage is unreliable.

It also reads booking confirmation emails directly from Gmail, so a reservation usually lands in your system before you've finished reading the notification. Today that sync is one-way, into ResIQ. Two-way sync — pushing your own availability back out to the channels — is in testing and lands shortly.
No, and it doesn't pretend to. ResIQ is not a listing site and not a booking engine — guests can't find or book you through it. It manages the bookings you already get from Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, your own website or a WhatsApp message from someone's cousin. What it does do is stop you losing money on the ones you already have: forgotten balances, double bookings, and guests who checked out without ever giving you an ID.
Guests scan a QR code and complete verification on their own phone before arrival — they upload an Aadhaar or passport, take a selfie, and pick meal preferences. You review and approve from your phone. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted 60 days after checkout, so you're not holding a pile of ID scans indefinitely.
